These terms govern your use of stemma.studio and purchases from Futotta Otaku Studio LLC ("STEMMA," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Orders

All products are 3D-printed and hand-assembled in small batches; minor cosmetic variations are inherent to the manufacturing process. Colors may vary slightly from photos. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days via USPS. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@stemma.studio and we will make it right at no cost to you. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Product Nature & Intended Use

STEMMA Bike Buddy products are decorative bike accessories with glow — not certified safety lights. They are not a substitute for the lighting or reflective equipment required by applicable traffic laws, and you remain responsible for complying with those requirements when riding.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications at checkout, you agree to receive transactional messages from STEMMA, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support replies.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@stemma.studio.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (designs, images, text, branding) is owned by Futotta Otaku Studio LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEMMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
